A sense of space
Chestnut Crescent was Starfish Developments first project at St Clair. The 40 townhouse development was designed, developed and priced to appeal to first home buyers and investors.
The design creates a striking entry statement at the corner of Tulloch Drive and St Clair Avenue, which faces the adjoining oval and parklands. The predominately three storey residences were designed to step in on each level to reduce the bulk and dominance of the development, and enable harmonious integration into an area where single and double storey dwellings take precedence.
The clever design creates a sense of space with three storeys enabling the residences to incorporate two living spaces, with the top floor dominated by a large indoor-outdoor entertaining area with sweeping views across the parklands.
